Centrifuges are highly dangerous instruments. Please use them safely. If you fail to observe any of the following steps, the consequences will be conceited. Do not touch components that are not related to centrifuge operation.

First register, then use; (use manager).


Check whether the rotor is properly installed before use, and whether the locking screw of the fixed rotor is locked.


When the centrifuge tube is placed into the sample, the capacity of the sample can not exceed 70%-80% of the centrifuge tube capacity. The weight error of each sample should not exceed 2 grams. (before installing the sample, check whether the centrifuge tube is broken or not, if it breaks.


The centrifugal tube (including sample) must be placed symmetrically in the rotor body to maintain the balance of the rotor at high speed.


Before starting, please set speed, centrifugal force, time and rotor number.


If the same rotor is used, the same centrifugal effect can be achieved by following the following rules: rotational speed x time = constant, properly reducing the rotational speed and prolonging the time.


If there is a sample overflow during centrifugation, please clean the centrifuge chamber after centrifugation.


When the centrifuge is used last day, turn off the power supply after centrifugation is finished.


Check the rotor regularly. Observe with the naked eye whether there are any cracks on the surface of the rotor. If there are cracks, contact the manufacturer in time to deal with them properly.


If abnormal sound is found in the operation of the centrifuge, it is necessary to shut down the centrifuge in time for troubleshooting before it can continue to be used.


Open the door: When the machine shuts down, press open the door key, the door cover can be opened; if the power failure needs to open the door, the machine has a nylon rope at the bottom, pull hard, the door cover can be opened
