Normative use



Put the centrifugal tube containing material in the metal tube sleeve of the centrifuge. If necessary, a layer of cotton can be padded on the bottom of the tube, weighed on the balance. Adjust the amount of material in the tube so that the relative weight of the two tubes and their sleeves are equal. If only one material is used, the water can be kept in a pipe to balance.

By placing the centrifuge tube and its casing in a symmetrical position, the cover is covered.

Turn on the power and slowly move the speed regulator's pointer to the required speed scale for a certain period of time (about 5 minutes).

After reaching a certain time, slowly turn the pointer of the speed regulator to zero point, then close the switch.

After the moving disc stops rotating automatically, the cover of the centrifuge can be uncovered and the centrifuge tube can be removed. Care should be taken when the centrifuge tube is removed, so that the sediment will not rise due to vibration and turbidity will occur.

When using a centrifuge, if it is found that the centrifuge vibrates and there is noise, it shows that the internal weight is unbalanced. If it is found that there is a metallic sound, it often indicates that the internal test tube is broken, and should be stopped immediately for inspection.

Finally, a comprehensive inspection, cut off the power supply.



Maintenance and maintenance



Centrifuges should be placed on a stable table to prevent slipping or vibration of centrifuges.

Start the centrifuge should be gradually accelerated, when found abnormal sound, stop to check, troubleshooting (such as centrifuge tube asymmetry, unequal quality, centrifuge position is not horizontal or nut loosening, etc.) and then work.

The centrifugal tube should be placed symmetrically. If the tube is singular and asymmetrical, an empty tube should be added to the same quality of water to adjust its quality to be symmetrical.

The casing of the centrifuge should be kept clean, and the bottom of the casing should be padded with soft materials such as foam plastic to avoid the centrifuge pipe breaking.

Close the centrifuge and slow down gradually until it stops automatically. Do not use a mandatory method to stop it.

Centrifuge should cover the work to ensure safety.

The wear condition of rectifier and brush should be checked regularly (about one year). If excessive wear occurs, the rectifier and brush should be replaced immediately.

Motors should be lubricated regularly (e.g. Vaseline).

Carry out a maintenance check once a month and fill in the instrument maintenance record.



Cleaning treatment



Every time after use, clean and hang the logo immediately, fill in the record of the use of the instrument.

Wipe the stains and dirt on the surface of the box with a soft cloth, and observe no detergent residue. Wipe it with a clean cloth.

Effect evaluation: the inside and outside surfaces of the equipment should be bright and clean without stain.
